A Safe Haven for Student Health

The Trinity Public School Infirmary is a fully equipped medical facility managed by a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) during school hours. Located on the ground floor for easy access, it ensures every student receives prompt and professional care.

Our infirmary is equipped with first aid supplies, basic diagnostic tools, a resting area, and emergency contact protocols — ensuring every student is in safe hands throughout the school day.

Infirmary Facilities & Equipment

Our infirmary is equipped to handle common illnesses, minor injuries, and initial emergency response.

First Aid Station

Fully stocked first aid kits including bandages, antiseptics, gloves, and emergency supplies for immediate wound care.

Rest & Recovery Area

A clean, comfortable resting area with proper beds where students can recover from minor ailments under nurse supervision.

Basic Diagnostics

Digital thermometers, BP monitors, pulse oximeters, weighing scales, and basic diagnostic tools for routine health checks.

Medication Cabinet

OTC medications including pain relievers and antihistamines administered only with parental consent on file.

Vision & Hearing Screen

Periodic screening for visual and hearing impairments to ensure early detection and timely intervention for students.

Mental Health Support

Access to school counsellor for emotional well-being support, stress management, and guidance for students.

Health Records

Systematic maintenance of each student's health records, medical history, allergies, and emergency contact information.

Infection Control

Strict hygiene protocols, regular sanitization, and isolation area for students showing symptoms of contagious illnesses.

Emergency Response

Clear protocols for medical emergencies including ambulance contact, hospital coordination, and parent notification.

Health & Safety Protocols

Student Arrival Check

Daily health observation at the gate. Students showing visible signs of illness are assessed by the nurse before being allowed into classrooms.

Parent Notification

Parents are notified immediately if a student requires medical attention, cannot continue school, or needs to be picked up.

Hospital Referral

In case of serious illness or injury, the student is stabilized and transported to our partner hospital with parental consent.

Vaccination Drive

We coordinate with local health departments for periodic vaccination drives and health awareness programmes on campus.

Hygiene Campaign

Regular hand hygiene workshops, dental hygiene camps, and personal hygiene awareness sessions are conducted for all students.

Please Inform Us About:
Known allergies (food, medicine, insect, latex, etc.)
Chronic medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions)
Current medications being taken regularly
Recent surgeries or medical procedures
Any physical restrictions or special needs
Emergency contacts other than parents
When NOT to Send Your Child:
Fever
Temperature above 100°F (38°C) — keep home until fever-free for 24 hrs
Vomiting / Diarrhoea
Stay home until symptom-free for 24 hours without medication
Contagious Illness
Chickenpox, conjunctivitis, strep throat — until cleared by doctor
Undiagnosed Rash
Any new or spreading rash should be evaluated by a doctor first

All students must submit a completed health form at admission. Please fill and submit to the school office.
